Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns Policy instead.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, email us at shopogha@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancel Order — [your order number]”. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within a few hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, 10 am–6 pm IST).

Refunds on Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

• Custom or personalised items — where production has already begun based on your specifications
• Orders already dispatched — please see our Returns Policy for options
