Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At OGHA, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted. We strive to ensure you love what you receive. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Item should be free from stains, perfume, makeup, or damage
  • A valid order ID/invoice must be provided

OGHA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Size Exchanges

  • We offer one-time size exchange, subject to availability
  • If your required size is unavailable, you will receive refund amount to the original payment method
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

4. Self-Shipping

  • Customer must self-ship the product
  • Shipping charges will be borne by the customer

5. Refund Policy

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

Refund Timelines:

  • UPI / Wallets: 2–4 working days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–7 working days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 working days

6. Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share: Order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue
  • After verification, a refund will be issued at no extra cost

7. Quality Check Process

  • All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection
  • If the item fails inspection, the return request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer

Important Notes

Slight variations in color/texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of products. These are not considered defects.
